Expert Advice on How to Install a New, Automated T&E System

Whenever a new system—be it store-bought or developed internally—is installed there are bound to be a number of obstacles. This is especially true of T&E systems as they are rarely high on the priority list of anyone outside of accounts payable. Speaking at a recent accounts payable conference, CAN’s director of corporate governance, Tino Aurigemma shared his experiences in installing a new automated T&E system. He also shared the problems he ran into and identified the things he would have done differently, if he knew when he started what he knew at the end.
