Its been well documented that men and women communicate in different ways. Numerous books have been written on the topic. The issue, although rarely addressed in accounts payable publications, is especially important to all those professionals who have bosses and subordinates of the opposite sex. Of course, that means virtually everyone. Part of the problem was due to the way the workflow was handled. Each employee was responsible for all the AP work related to a company, starting with a few numbers or letters of the alphabet.
