At IOMA’s 5th Annual Accounts Payable Conference & Expo, Lyndell Scott, APM, discusses the use of benchmarking in her AP department at TEPPCO Partners, LP, a pipeline company in Houston. The TEPPCO AP department was the recipient of the 2006 Overall Best AP Department award, which was based on the results of IOMA’s AP benchmarking survey.
