New Congress Likely to Move on Streamlined Sales Tax

Streamlined Sales Tax (SST) legislation that did not progress in the last Congress are likely to be reintroduced in the new Congress, according to Arthur R. Rosen, partner in McDermott Will & Emery LLP, who spoke at the New York University 25th Institute on State and Local Taxation Conference on Dec. 18.
