Recruiting Millenials Requires Adjusting

If you want to attract recent college grads to your AP department, you and your organization must adjust in several ways to the unique set of needs of these so-called "millenials" who are looking for their first job, a panel told attendees at the recent 2008 WorldAtWork Total Rewards Conference and Exhibition in Philadelphia. Millennials, also known as Generation Y, are generally defined as people born between 1981 and 1993.
