The Challenge of Coaching

Nearly one-third of supervisors say their main problem with coaching is that it is too time-consuming, according to a survey released Sept. 23 by global consultants BlessingWhite. And part of the problem is that coaches need more coaching themselves on what the process is and is not, according to the firm's coaching practice leader, Cathy Earley.
